Funeral service for Thomas J. Napier, age 67 of Norfolk, Nebraska will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2025 at United Methodist Presbyterian Church in Ewing, Nebraska with Janene Reynolds, Officiating. Burial will be Ewing City Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater, Nebraska. Thomas passed away on February 2, 2025 at Faith Regional in Norfolk. Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Condolence may be directed to the family at www.snidermemorial.com

Thomas John Napier was born on April 29, 1957 to John and Loretta (Cuddy) Napier at Neligh, Nebraska. At age five Tom was admitted and educated at Beatrice State Home. At age 19 Tom became a resident of Region IV which is now known as Northstar, until the time of his death. He worked at Affiliated Reclamation Center over 30 years. Thomas enjoyed the special Olympics, bowling, and playing bingo. He liked to walk to the Norfolk library and was very active in the ARC of Norfolk. Thomas was a huge Elvis fan.
Survived by his mother, Loretta Napier of Ewing, NE. Siblings: Ann and Dwaine Koenig of Ewing, NE; Bob and Marie Napier of Ewing, NE; Barb and Alvin Beckmann of Norfolk, NE; and Jane and Rod Frickel of Atkinson, NE. Nephews and Nieces: Jason Koenig, Jeff Koenig, Kristi Napier, Josh Napier, Sarah Beckmann, Derek Beckmann, Matthew Frickel, Todd Frickel, and Kent Frickel.
Preceded in death by his father and nephew Clint Koenig.
