Sharon grew up in the O'Neill area and attended St. Mary's. She went on to Beauty School in Greeley, CO, and mastered the art of hair; even to the extent of fixing her youngest daughter's pink hair coloring mistake. Sharon married Lanny Billings on May 14, 1995 and celebrated her 19 years of marriage. When Sharon wasn't working hard alongside her husband, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, gardening, dancing and baking. She will live on in her crowd pleasing, maple-frosted sweet roll recipe. Sharon had a huge heart for both people in her community and furry friends in need. She is survived by her husband Lanny Billings of Ainsworth, NE. Her children: Marcy (Tim) Grutsch of Omaha, NE, Stacia (Richard) Kennedy of Omaha, NE, and Jason (Jenny) Jones of Canton, MI, as well as eight grandchildren: Michaela Grutsch, Gabby Grutsch, Morganne Paige Grutsch, Samuel Kennedy, Alexander Kennedy, Cali Jones, William Jones, and Mia Love Jones. Sharon is preceded in death by parents Bill and Bonnie Murray. Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend will be greatly missed and we can't wait to see her again someday soon.
