Patricia Marie Wilkinson

Graveside Service for Patricia Wilkinson age 82 of Neligh, Nebraska will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 9, 2024 at West Cedar Valley Cemetery in Elgin, Nebraska. Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Pat passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at her home.   Patricia Marie Wilkinson was born to Royvan and Grace (Thoendel) Day on March 28, 1942 at Ewing, Nebraska. She attended country school until the 8th grade and then went to Wheeler Central and graduated with the Class of 1959. On July 10, 1960 she was united in marriage to Lynn B. Wilkinson at the Methodist Church in Elgin, Nebraska. They lived in Elgin for 25 years and then moved to Neligh in 1985. She worked at Antelope Memorial Hospital and Farm Bureau. She enjoyed playing cards, square dancing, crocheting, casinos, and camping; but most of all she enjoyed fishing. She was known for her baking, especially her banana bread and apple crisp. 

  She was survived by her husband, Lynn Wilkinson of Neligh, Ne. Children Kevin and Debbie Wilkinson of Grand Island, NE; Kristine and Phil Starman of Elgin, NE; and Kathleen and Alan Snider of Bartlett, NE. 14 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren. Sister: Donna Moore of Texas and sister-in-laws Madonna Day of Neligh, NE; Patricia Day Ord, NE. 

 Preceded by her parents, brothers Richard Day; Donald (Lila) Day; Jerald Day; William (Pat) Day; Karen Kelly.
