Funeral Services for Milton Biddlecome age73 of Ewing, NE were at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2013 at Full Gospel Church Assembly of God in Ewing, NE with Pastor Wayne Smith, Officiating. Music was provided by Doris Ann Bollwitt, Organist and Matt Maxwell, Soloist. Burial will be in the Ewing City Cemetery with Military Rites by American Legion Sanders Post #214. Pallbearers were Chad Rokahr, Adam Rokahr, Collin Phelps, Hasten Biddlecome, Beckett Biddlecome, Ed Nordby, and Elliot Nordby. Honorary Pallbearers were Kassidy Phelps, Ashlyn Phelps, Lindsey Rokahr, Megan Biddlecome, Brynn Biddlecome, Bralen Biddlecome, Hannah Biddlecome, and his Great Grandchildren. Visitation was from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater. Milton passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha, Ne.

Milton Keith Biddlecome was born on May 6, 1940 at Ewing, NE to Keith and Lucille (Dearth) Biddlecome. He attended Ewing Public School and graduated in 1957. He joined the US Navy in 1957 and spent 4 years on the USS James Keyes, receiving an honorable discharge in 1961. He then attended Norfolk Jr. College for one year where he met and married his best friend, Mary Ann Schnebel on November 19, 1961. Together they have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. During his life time he worked for UP Railroad, Iowa Beef Packers and farmed for 12 years. After retiring from the farm in 1983, be began a career with Share Corp Chemicals as a chemical specialist and manager, retiring in 2010. He enjoyed Bowling, golfing, his dog Sgoshi, and seeing his grandkids. Milton is survived by his wife, Mary Ann. His 2 daughters Bridget and husband, Doug Rokahr of Page, NE and Gina and husband, Michael Phelps of Ewing, NE. 2 sons, Scott and wife, Kelli Biddlecome of Portage, MI and Marshall and wife, Angie Biddlecome of Kearney. 12 grandchildren: Adam and wife, Heather, Lindsay, Chad, Collin, Kassidy and Ashlyn, Hasten, Hannah, Megan, Brynn, Bralen, and Beckett. 6 great grandchildren: Talena, Shayd, Macy, Rylee, Charlie, and Carter. Also, 1 sister-in-law and husband, Judy and Dean Butterfield of Norfolk, NE and 1 brother-in -law and wife, George and Carol Schnebel of Yankton, SD. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Lucille. A sister, Vlanda Malloy. Mother and father-in-law, Earl and Catherine Schnebel. One brother-in-law, Jack Schnebel. Aunt and uncle Shorty and Alice Schmidt.
