Funeral Service for Mary Ann Clara Hladovcak age 87 of Neligh, NE will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 2, 2019 at St. Francis Catholic Church in Neligh with Father Pat Nields, Officiating. Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with Wake Service at 7:00 p.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church in Neligh. Mary Ann passed away November 26, 2019 at Arbor Care Center in Neligh, NE. Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Mary Ann Clara Hladovcak was born on November 29, 1931 to August and Bertha (Aschoff) Eilers at Tilden, Nebraska. She attended Tilden High School and graduated with the Class of 1949. She was united in marriage to Emil Hladovcak in August, 1961 at Neligh, NE. She worked as a secretary at the Union Store, Neligh Public School, and Baker Manufacturing. She enjoyed bowling and fishing. She was a member of VFW American Legion Aux, St. Francis Catholic and Rosary Sodality.

Survived by her son, Jon Hladovcak of Oakdale, NE. Brother, Richard and wife, Martha Eilers of Neligh, NE. Sister, Carol and husband, Butch Mortenson, Wakefield, NE. Brother-in-law, Orval Hankla, Neligh.

Preceded in death by her parents and husband. Sister, Delores Hankla and brother, Robert Eilers.
