Funeral Services for Marvin Schwager age 62, of Ewing, Ne., were 4:00 p.m., Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater with Pastor Stuart Davis, Officiating. Music provided by Carol Thiele. Visitation was follow the service until 6:00 p.m. Marvin passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital. Marvin Leland Schwager was born on July 20, 1952 to Donald and Helen (Rouse) Schwager in Neligh, Nebraska. He attended country school and graduated with the class of 1970 from Neligh High School. After graduation he was self employed construction. On July 30, 2003 he was united in marriage to Ruth (Aritanio). He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and building. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; son, Gus Schwager , both of Ewing, Ne. Step son Choockee Aritanio of Bartlett, Ne. Brother, DeLwyn Schwager and Allene of Royal, Ne. Step mother, Betty Schwager of Neligh, Ne. half sister, Pam Schwager of Neligh, Ne, Irene and husband Ken Musil of Inman, Ne. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Proceed in death by his grandparents, parents, and in-law's Rolando and Editha Aritanio.
