Funeral Service for Lyle G. Sparr age 60 of Ewing, NE were 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2012 at United Methodist-Presbyterian Church in Ewing, NE with Pastor Eric Ford and Wayne Smith, Officiating. Pallbearers were Larry Peters, TJ Sparr, Nathan Sparr, Jamie Bennett, Dean Olson, Ty Green, and Jake Unphress. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation was 1 hour prior to Funeral Service. Lyle passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012 in O'Neill, NE. Lyle Gary Sparr was born on September 2, 1951 to Kenneth and Evelyn (Synovec) Sparr in Norfolk, Nebraska. He attended Meadow Grove High School. Then went on to Indiana Truck Driver School. On June 22, 1974 he was united into marriage to Beverly Green in Ewing at United Methodist-Presbyterian Church. Lyle drove truck most of his life. He enjoyed Motorcycling, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with kids and grandkids. He was a member of Nite Out Riders and Nite Owls. He is survived by his wife, Beverly of Ewing, NE. Children: Shannon and Erin Sparr of Bellevue, NE, Darren and Darla Sparr of Aurora, NE, and Amanda Sparr of Grand Island, NE. 5 Grandchildren: TJ Sparr, Nathan Sparr, Kaelin Sparr, Grant Mitchell, and Chalee Mitchell. 1 Dog, Abby. Brothers, Larry Sparr of Sutton, NE, Steve and Patti Sparr of Meadow Grove, NE. Sister, Judy Galyen of Newman Grove, NE. Many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents.
