LeRoy Edward Bullock

Graveside Inurnment Service for LeRoy Bullock will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 7 pm Friday, June 3, 2016 at Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Neligh, NE with Prayer Service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Janet Davis, Officiating. Lunch and fellowship will be at the Neligh Senior Center following the burial. LeRoy passes away at his home on May 31, 2016. LeRoy Edward Bullock was born on April 18, 1937 to Verner and Goldie (Blevins) Bullock at Meadow Grove, NE. He grew up in Meadow Grove and attended school in there and Stanton, NE. On January 25, 1959 he was united in marriage to Norma Jean Vraspir in Neligh, NE. LeRoy worked at Roy Wallberg Farms, Studebaker Garage, Carharts, Nebraska Department of Roads and drove truck pulling mobile homes and retired in 2004. LeRoy liked helping out at the mobile food pantry. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing games on computer, collecting coins, going to demolition derby, old cars, traveling to Branson and to the West coast, and going for coffee at the Senior Center where he played cards. LeRoy enjoyed being around people. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family, grand kids and great grand children and going to their ball games. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, children: Tony (Janda) Bullock of Levelland, TX, Jeanie (Carl) Forsell of Neligh, NE, and Julie (Darryl) Lierman of Neligh, NE. Grandchildren: Stephen (Janette) Bullock and Gracie, Layne, Xaiver, Landon, Jadyn; Sarah Bullock and Kashe; Shane (Mariah) Bullock and Reece, JuLeah; Nicole Forsell; Adam Forsell and Bradley; James, Tia, Ashleigh, Brianna, RJ Lierman. Sister, Evelyn Anderson of Plainview, NE. Preceded in death by his parents; son LeRoy Edward Bullock Jr; daughter, Jackie Sue Bullock. Brothers: Arlyn, Robert, and Roger. Sisters: Lois Ann and Joyce.
