Lenice May Savidge (Jaeke) age 93, passed away on Tuesday September 21, 2021 at Arbor Care Centers-Val haven in Valley Ne. Memorial Service for Lenice was held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at St. John's Catholic Church at rural Ewing, Nebraska with Father James Kramper, officiating. Burial was in the St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery. Snider Memorial Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Condolences may be directed to the family at www.snidermemorialfh.com
Lenice was born May 31, 1928 to Arthur and Inez Jaeke of Clearwater Ne. She graduated from Clearwater High School in 1946. After attending trade school she married Harold Phillip Savidge on February 11th 1948. Lenice enjoyed her family, fishing, traveling and she was an avid reader.
Lenice is survived by two children; a daughter, Sharry Savidge Kester and Son, Phillip A. Savidge. 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harold and her oldest daughter
Cindy K. Sanderson as well as her 3 siblings, her brother Wayne and sisters Verla and Norma.
