Graveside Service for Donald Lee Dredge age 86 of Neligh, NE will be 11:00 a,m. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Neligh. Military Rites conducted by Neligh American Legion Post #172 VFW #5287. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 2, 2019 at Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Neligh, Ne. Donald Lee Dredge was born on June 18, 1933 to Harry and Muriel (Woods) Dredge at Osmond, NE. He attended school in Neligh. On October 1, 1953 he enlisted in the United States Army and was honorable discharged on, September 30, 1955 from Ft. George G Meade at Maryland. He was farmer for most of his life. He enjoyed farming, horses, and cattle.
He is survived by children: Georgia and Richard Tournear of Quincy, IL; Kenneth Dredge and Karen Walker of Lincoln, NE; Donna and Robert Stunkle of Hooper, NE; David and Alma Dredge of Phoenix, AZ; Robert and Joelene Dredge of Fremont, NE; Steven Dredge of Houston, TX; Michael and Jamie Dredge of Lincoln, NE; Amy and Mark Van Hoose of Hannibal, MO; and Jeremy Dredge of Canton, MO. 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Brother, Lyle Dredge of Neligh, NE.
Preceded in death by parents, sister Ruby and husband, Harlan Mauer, sister-in-law Nadene Dredge.
