Debra Susan Kester

Funeral services for Debra S. Kester, age 60, of Oakdale, NE will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at St. Francis Catholic Church in Neligh with Father Pat Nields, officiating.  Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at St. Francis Catholic Church and Wake Service at 7:00 p.m.  Debra passed away December 14, 2018 at Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh. Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Debra Susan Kester was born June 7, 1958 to John and Caroline (Lockwood) Meter at Rochester, NY. She attended high school at Gates Chili, Rochester, NY and graduated with the Class of 1976. She enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1977. On July 20, 1979 she was united in marriage to Bill Kester at Alexandria, LA. She was an insurance agent for Heckert Insurance and recently at Nielsen Insurance.
