Boyd Edward Beckley

Graveside Service for Boyd Beckley age 95 of Neligh, Nebraska will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Neligh, Nebraska with Pastor Bruce Phillips, officiating. Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Boyd passed away on September 13, 2024 at Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh, Nebraska. 

 Boyd Edward Beckley was born on December 13, 1928 to Rufus Edward and Nellie May (Neligh) Beckley at Neligh, Nebraska. Boyd grew up in Neligh all his life and attended Neligh High School and graduated with the Class of 1947. He went to work at Keith Electric from 1949 to 1961; he then went to work at Antelope Lanes until 1979; and went to Blackburn Manufacturing and worked there until 1999, when he retired. Boyd enjoyed and was a ham radio operator.

 He was preceded in death by his parents.
